   Sapphire is a material of a unique combination of physical, chemical and optical properties, which make it resistant to high temperature, thermal shock, water and sand erosion, and scratching.

    Lithium Niobate, a well-developed optical material, due to its fundamental properties, has been widely used for surfaced acoustic devices, integrated optic devices and refractive elements.

 Optical Grade Silicon Wafers

Lithium Tantalate is one of the most versatile materials with numerous applications including electro-optical modulators, pyroelectric detectors, optical waveguide and SAW substrates and piezoelectric transducers.

    Silicon can produced as either mono or polycrystalline form by Czochralski crystal growth method, float zone method or casting. Optical grade silicon has a very good transmission from 1.2um to 7um.
